Recently many kinds of disease attacked young people. It is different from the past, where most diseases only attacked people who his/her age is above 40. And what affected this “big changes” is foods. Unfortunately, most foods nowadays are very unhealthy. People who are running a business in foods industry won’t ever care about what they served in front of you, they will only care about money. As long as they got money from you, they won’t care about your body.

So let us talk about foods and ingredients
1. Flour. Try not to buy flour from stores. Usually this kind of flour had lost their energy. So when you bought it, you’re just wasting your money.
2. Rice is good for your health, especially brown rice. The carbohydrate from rice is very healthy for us. Usually people from southeast Asia are using rice as their basic needs.
3. Sugar. Many people maybe knew about sugar. Sugar is very tempting for everyone but you should not tempted by foods/drinks with lots of sugar. Sugar is the source of many diseases.
4. Canned soups. The sad thing about canned soups is most canned soups are full of salt. You should choose carefully. If you want a soup, cook for yourself, I suggest you to not buy any canned soups.
5. Sauces with butter and salt. So many sauces made with lots of butter and salt. This is never good for your health. Sometimes in several kinds of food we need sauces to make it spicy. But if you ask me, I think you should choose sauces from its ingredients.
6. Meats. You need “original” meats not kind of processed meats in can. Energy in processed meats are not valuable if compared to risks which caused by this kind of meats. The most dangerous risk from this kind of meat is heart attack.

These examples above told us we should be careful with many foods that we bought from store. These days it is hard to choose what is healthy and what is not for us.

Remember that even healthy food can have a lot of calories. Always check the nutritional value of a food (like the calories in a banana) before eating it.
